Well everyone that sews has had to do some hand sewing at some point to put a button on a shirt or as I do to stitch the cap on my corsets and waist cinchers. Some days I find it fun and relaxing but other days I want to find a nice park or some place quite to do the work. Today it was just to hot for me to do it out side and it seemed to go slow. If their are other sewers out there reading this and know of a fast hand stitch please tell me. I have yet to find one. Sometimes I will set it up so I have quite a few caps to stitch on and make a day of just that.
Just thinking about I guess I need to put up photos on this blog so that if someone comes by it they will see some of the thing I have made or like. I am happy to say I have one waist cincher sold. I am also making a great costume that I can't wait to put up. Well happy sewing to you all or tight lacing for you corset lovers like me.

This is a first for me.
Hello all that might read this, which I don't know who it will be. I am another women that loves corsets, waist cinchers and outfits that can be added to them. Yes, I have built an outfit around my corsets. I purchased my first corset in 2002 and from there on felt I had to figure out how to make them. Some of my first didn't look as I wanted them too. Then I made my friends vow renewal outfit and saw how perfect it turned out. I just keep going from there. My second wedding made me want something different to walk down the aisle in, so I turned to leather. Looking on the internet I could not in 2004 find anything but biker babe leather dresses. So I made a leather corset and a mermaid skirt, which had no zippers just laces. Since then I just keep on sewing. There are many other pieces of clothing that I make, but corsets are my love. Well time to get back to sewing. ;)
P.S. Tori hope you are proud of me. "look at what I can do" lol
